Gingers rule!
今日の夕飯は、豚肉のしょうが焼きとチンゲン菜の炒めものです。インド料理が続くと、ショウガの味やしょうゆの味が恋しくなります。有り難いことに、デリーでは高いですがお肉も手に入ります。食材は色々あるので、何が作れるかは私の腕次第ということになります・・・
I made ginger pork and stirred fried baby bok-choy. You can find almost everything in Delhi, even a pack of sliced pork. I was very surprised to find bok-choy, which was hiding in the corner of a small shop on the street.
