While I was in Dharamsala and Manali, I enjoyed eating delicious Indian dishes served by my host families. Since I was much encouraged by their great foods, after I came back to Delhi, I bought my own pressure cooker and packages of various spicy. And I cooked one of the basic Indian entrees Aloo Gobi the other day. It was pretty good for the first time. A bit weird combination, but I made a Japanese dish with pork too, which turned out a little bland.
